30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@thegamingtechnology.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
